Private yoga classes are perfect for you if:

Our 60-minute classes are designed to be deep and transformative! We always start with an intention inspired by yoga philosophy and neuroscience, followed by practices that integrate physical postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), symbolic gestures (mudras), sound vibrations (mantras), and meditation. Everything is approached in an inclusive and practical way, respecting your body and pace.

You can schedule workshops and events for groups of 3 or more people, either in person (indoors or outdoors) or online. Before we begin, we’ll have a conversation to align the class style and ideal duration to meet your needs.

Group Classes
My in-person classes are designed to be accessible, welcoming, and deeply transformative. Each class incorporates:
● Intentions inspired by yoga philosophy and neuroscience;
● Postural alignment guided by a background in biomechanics;
● Creative and intelligent sequences;
● Breathwork (pranayama), meditation, mantras (sound vibrations), and mudras (yogic gestures).These elements come together to spark your curiosity about the depth of yoga, encourage self-discovery, and strengthen your sense of empowerment and connection with yourself and the world around you.
The classes follow the Vinyasa Slow-Flow style, rooted in Tantric philosophy, and are ideal for both beginners and intermediate practitioners.
