Yoga is much more than postures; it can be a tool to support you on a journey to live with more presence, self-love, and deep connection with you, others, and life itself. To guide us in this mission we will dive into the eight limbs of yoga classified by Patanjali (a sage in Ancient India and an author of some of the greatest ancient Hindu sacred texts) on the Yoga Sutras.
