Private Yoga Class
Together, we’ll create a practice that fits into your real life—blending movement, breathwork, meditation, yoga philosophy, and self-discovery tools to support your nervous system in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable. Private sessions are 60 minutes and can be done online or in person.
